I was impressed by the outstanding view from my room, along with the good room service. However, my room wasn't ready even though we arrived after 12:00 pm. The hotel is located in a smoking section with hardly any view.
The hotel's rooms are in need of updates but the staff is exceptional. The cleanliness is outstanding, and the amenities like the workout facility, breakfast, and various hangout spots are impressive. However, the room I received didn't match the balcony and sea view shown in the photos.
The hotel's location is marvelous, nestled on the coast with wonderful views. The rooms are spacious and clean, offering a good size for a comfortable stay. The service was very efficient and helpful, making our time spent here fun and enjoyable. However, there were some disappointments in the way queries were dealt with. The dining experience at the Lebanese restaurant was outstanding, providing a great selection of delicious food.
